Charme Statesboro is a luxury student-housing community adjacent to Georgia Southern University. Charme represents the next evolution in student housing. This community combines high-touch amenities, vibrant interiors, and a bold brand strategy.
I took the existing identity Authentic had developed for Charme, and expanded it into a larger system with illustrations, patterns, and photography that seamlessly connected to the brand.

I collaborated closely with Basis Creative to capture the essence of Charme’s student life. I curated styling and outfit recommendations for the models that aligned with the brand voice and color palette to ensure a cohesive visual narrative. I provided a prioritized shot list for each location to maintain focus on key moments and imagery.
